The Tam Nong Viet Nam Cooperative participated in the Green Growth Products and Services Exhibition—part of the 4th Ho Chi Minh City Economic Forum (2023). Held over five days at the Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, the forum was themed “Green Growth – Journey to Net Zero.”

The exhibition featured over 100 leading Vietnamese and international brands, with booths beautifully designed and decorated to reflect the unique identity, messages, and green transition stories of each enterprise. The Vietnam Tam Nong Cooperative showcased its signature high-tech and organic agricultural products to both domestic and international consumers.

The exhibition also dedicated space to city enterprises awarded the titles of “Green Enterprise” and “Innovative Enterprise,” alongside displays highlighting the city’s green growth strategy. Exhibits covered nine key categories of green growth products and services, ranging from green energy, green and organic agriculture, green manufacturing and exports, green transportation, and green smart urban development to green environments, green consumption, green finance, and green tourism.

Building and developing a sustainable, responsible agricultural sector that prioritizes the environment and public health.Today, the global focus is shifting toward agriculture—centered on agricultural values—which plays a significant role in every aspect of daily life. From food and beverages to accommodation and travel, from wellness therapies to beauty treatments—everything must originate from nature and clean agricultural practices. This ensures customers have peace of mind, knowing their physical and mental well-being is safeguarded. The philosophy and era of Shennong (Thần Nông) serve as the guiding spirit and core ideology for the Vietnam Tam Nong Cooperative since its inception. Shennong embodies the spirit of wet-rice agriculture and represents a Vietnamese identity rooted in the nation’s very essence.

The Vietnam Tam Nong Cooperative has successfully collaborated on the research and development of “Bio +++ Fruits,” a microbial soil-rejuvenation product. Formulated from fermented fruits and vegetables, this compound offers remarkable benefits: it neutralizes soil toxins left behind by pesticides and chemical fertilizers, purifies the soil, and establishes a new, healthy ecosystem. It also treats fungal issues and repels pests. This serves as the fundamental basis for the Cooperative’s soil rehabilitation and cultivation efforts, enabling the production of high-value, clean agricultural goods. It drives the ambition to develop agriculture that meets high-quality standards—characterized by transparency, responsibility, and sustainability—thereby building consumer trust. Furthermore, it facilitates bringing Vietnamese agricultural products to the global market, realizing the Cooperative’s vision of “Sustainable, responsible agriculture dedicated to the environment and public health.” Ms. Nguyen Thi Van Anh, CEO of the Tam Nong Vietnam Cooperative, stated: “The cooperative has successfully piloted the cultivation of *chi thien* chili peppers using a soil improvement method involving the ‘Bio +++ Fruits’ microbial product. Currently, Tam Nong Vietnam Cooperative has established 25 hectares of chili cultivation to serve the most demanding markets: the United States and South Korea. We will meet their rigorous standards by utilizing this microbial soil improvement method. ‘Bio +++ Fruits’ opens up significant opportunities for both us and farmers across the country.”

This exhibition offers businesses in Ho Chi Minh City—particularly small and medium-sized enterprises—the opportunity to network and exchange ideas with leading domestic and international companies regarding the development of green production ecosystems and the adoption of circular economy models.
